OP's recipe is pan fried, which in a sense is a bit different from deep fried, especially if someone else prepared it.

Yup, BP is way expensive... don't go unless you really want to, leaves a hole in your pocket but its only if you really want to... price ranges from Php 200 to a couple of thousand pesos for a bottle... I personally like the cherry ales for Sweden...
